What data we process

Data you submit through the location assessment or contact form: full name, work email, location name, city and a description of the site or glazing; optionally the company or property manager, phone number and photos. We also store the date of consent, consent wording (version 2026-09-09) and visit source (campaign parameters and referring page).

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to assess the offered location, prepare a proposal and communicate with you, based on your consent and our legitimate interest in business communication.

Retention period

We keep the data for as long as necessary to assess the location and for any partnership, or until consent is withdrawn.
