Concept study: glazing between two automatic doors
A central fixed panel between two separate automatic door systems. The full width of the surface lies in the line of sight of arriving visitors and is also visible when leaving the centre.
We do not yet have a dedicated visualization for this configuration. We do not reuse another study's visual so as not to suggest a realized installation.
The visualizations on this page are concept studies. They are not photos of completed installations.
Suitability
Why this configuration works.
- The panel is fixed, so the technology does not interfere with moving leaves or door sensors
- Its position in the middle of the visitor flow ensures contact on arrival and departure
- The door portal frame usually allows concealed power and data routing
- A technically accessible space for the controller is usually available above the panel or in the vestibule
Constraints
Constraints and what needs to be verified.
- The width of the central panel is often limited and determines the maximum surface format
- The surface must not intrude into the detection zone of the automatic doors
- Glass type, lamination and coatings must be confirmed by the technical survey
- Placement must respect the building's evacuation and fire requirements

Fixed side glazing next to an automatic entrance
Fixed side glazing allows the surface to be placed without touching the door system and with good viewing distance.
